This is a therapeutic magnetic wrist band. It is about 8 1/2 inches long not including a 4 inch velcro type strap x about 2 inches wide. It will fit average size wrists. It is very easy to put on and take off with the velcro type strap. It has 4 large 800 gauss magnets. You should not use magnets if you have an electronic implanted medical device, or if you are pregnant, and should consult a doctor before use.
